I designed a simple, black-and-white habit tracker PDF that you can download and print out today. You can track 8 habits on one sheet of paper, but you don’t have to use all eight slots if you don’t want to.
So what things should you keep track of? It could be daily habits related to your mental health, for example. Like journaling, meditation, reading a self-help book, going for a walk, etc. The website Captivating Crazy has a beautiful graphic with ideas of what habits you can track.

- Open the file in a free PDF viewer like Adobe Reader
- Print out your habit tracker page at home or at a copy shop
- Place the page in your binder or planner
