Blank Printable Monthly Calendar PDF Files {Free Download}
These calendar templates are easy to download and print out at home or at work. If you don’t have a printer, you can get them printed at a print shop like Office Depot.
You can also import the PDF files into a note annotation app on your iPad or tablet, like the Goodnotes app or Noteshelf app.
The calendar templates include both Monday- and Sunday-start versions. Completely blank versions are also included if you would like to write down the days of the week in your own language.

Blank Horizontal Grid Calendars
This calendar design takes up the full page horizontally and has empty space at the top to write down the month name and notes.
The second calendar design is very similar to the first one, but uses a different font.
The third horizontal calendar option is very minimal if you prefer that look. The names of the months are also included so you can just tick it off. A blank version is also included if you prefer to write the month name in your own language for example.

Blank Vertical Grid Calendars
The vertical calendar design has empty lines at the top to write down the month name, and empty lines at the bottom to write down your monthly priorities and other notes.
These blank printable calendars can be printed on US Letter or A4-sized paper. They are printer-friendly so they won’t use a lot of ink, but you can still take them to a copy shop to get them printed there.
I like to print my calendar on nice thick paper and place it on a clipboard and display it on my desk.
You can also tape it to your wall or your fridge to help keep your family life organized.

Printer paper or card stock

How to print these blank calendar templates
– Download the templates above by clicking on the download buttons.
– Open the PDF files in Adobe Reader.
– Go to File – Print and choose the “fit” option under Paper Size and Handling.
– Print out on normal office paper or thicker paper if you would like it to last longer.
– Place in a clipboard and display it on your desk!
