Hello! I’m back with another printable to help you keep track of life. Today’s free printable is a free printable password log that will help you keep track of your online account passwords. If you have as many accounts as I do then saving your passwords is a must.

This password log has space for the website name, username, and password. Some websites ask you to choose a security question and answer too so I provided space for that as well.

Have a lot of passwords? Keep track of them with this free printable password tracker. It comes in 3 sizes: Letter, A4 and A5. Download here.

This printable password tracker page comes in 3 sizes: US Letter (North America), A4 (Europe/International) and A5 (for planners like kikki.K large and Filofax A5). You can keep this sheet loose, or place it in a binder or planner. Keep this sheet in a safe place. It’s best to not write down your bank passwords.

How to print this free printable password tracker:

  1. Download the PDF files below
  2. Open the PDF files in Adobe Reader (very important!)
  3. Print out your password log page at home on a colour printer or at a copy shop
  4. Place the page in your binder or planner. Keep it in a safe place!
