It doesn’t matter if it’s the start of 2022, or the middle – it’s never too late to get organised. In fact, it’s usually in the middle of the year that things start falling through the cracks.

We’re busier than ever, we forget about appointments and birthdays… It’s time to change all that. Today I’m sharing a free printable weekly planner to help you keep up with your schedule.

Free printable weekly planner template

This weekly planner has a one-week, horizontal layout. It can be printed on A4 sized paper or 8.5 x 11″ paper.

Put it on your refrigerator to help keep the entire family up to date with commitments, or stick it to your bulletin board at work to help you remember your work appointments and meetings.

It’s also excellent to use for school to keep up with assignments and your class schedule.

7-day Weekly Schedule Printable

You can see your whole week at a glance. There’s even space to write down your top 3 goals for the week so you stay focused on what matters.

Don’t schedule too much for your weekends if you can. Give yourself a break and do things you love!

A printer. Here is the printer I use.
Regular office paper.

How to use this horizontal weekly planner template

  1. Download the PDF file below.
  2. Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader.
  3. Go to File – Print. In the print settings window, choose “Fit” under Page sizes and handling.
  4. Print as many copies as you need on regular office paper. (Two copies of the same page is included). No cutting is necessary.
  5. Place it in your clipboard.

How to print two copies of this weekly planner on one page

Do you want to have two mini weekly planners in A5 size or 8.5 x 5″ size? It’s easy to do.

  1. Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader.
  2. Go to File – Print. In the print settings window, choose Multiple. Two pages per sheet, horizontal page order and landscape orientation. You’ll see the preview window update to two copies on one sheet!
  3. Print on regular office paper. Cut the paper in half. You now have two mini weekly planners!
  4. Paste it into your bullet journal or file in your A5 binder.
